Purpose of the Role:

International Student Recruitement Manager at NWC Education will lead our efforts to develop our network of partner universities and educational institutions, boosting our growth and service offerings. The position holder will help find new opportunities, form strategic collaborations, and build relationships that support our aim to provide great educational consulting services. The Business Development Manager will lead and innovate to keep NWC Education at the forefront of connecting students with their ideal educational routes, demonstrating our dedication to excellence and accessibility in global education.

Reporting to: Director of Operation

Key Responsibilities:

Strategic Growth: Identify and develop new partnerships with universities and educational institutions globally to expand NWC Education’s network.
Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with current and potential partners, ensuring mutual benefits and alignment with our strategic goals.
Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to understand trends, opportunities, and competitive dynamics within the education sector.
Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to align partnership strategies with overall business objectives, ensuring a cohesive approach to business development.
Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze the performance of partnerships, adjusting strategies as needed to meet targets and objectives.
Brand Advocacy: Represent NWC Education at industry events, conferences, and in negotiations, promoting the company’s values and services.


The ability to communicate with senior education professionals.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively negotiate and maintain relationships.
High-level communication and presentation skills.
An effective team player.
Flexibility to adapt strategies in a dynamic market and respond to industry trends.
Required Qualifications:


A minimum Bachelor’s or Master’s qualification from a recognized university.
Prior work experience in a UK-style college or university.
Strong negotiation power and understanding of Partnership with Universities.
Global Flexibility:

The candidate must be willing to travel internationally to various NWC Education branches and represent the company at education expos and events as required. This involves a readiness to engage directly with our global teams and partners, ensuring a cohesive presence across all our locations.

NB: Native speaker preferable.

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Supplemental pay types: Bonus
