The Compliance Executive will play a critical role in ensuring that NWC Education adheres to all regulatory and legal requirements in the study abroad consultancy industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring compliance programs to safeguard our business operations and maintain the highest standards of ethical conduct.
𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:
𝐑𝐞𝐠𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐲 𝐂𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞: Ensure that all operations comply with local and international regulations.
𝐏𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐲 𝐃𝐞𝐯𝐞𝐥𝐨𝐩𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭: Develop, review, and update company policies and procedures.
𝐌𝐨𝐧𝐢𝐭𝐨𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐀𝐮𝐝𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Conduct regular audits of internal processes.
𝐃𝐨𝐜𝐮𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Maintain comprehensive records of all compliance-related activities.
𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐢𝐧𝐠: Conduct training sessions for staff on compliance-related topics.
𝐂𝐥𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐈𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐫𝐚𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧: Review and ensure that all student documentation meets the requirements of educational institutions and immigration authorities.
𝐑𝐞𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐭𝐢𝐧𝐠: Prepare and present regular reports on compliance activities, risks, and issues.
𝐋𝐢𝐚𝐢𝐬𝐨𝐧: Act as a liaison between the company and regulatory bodies.
𝐐𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐚𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬:
𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 1-5 Years
𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐨𝐧𝐠 𝐤𝐧𝐨𝐰𝐥𝐞𝐝𝐠𝐞: Local and international education and immigration laws.
𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐥𝐥𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬: Analytical, organizational, and communication.
𝐀𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲: Leadership, Work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐟𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐲: MS Office, CRM, and compliance management software.
𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐠𝐮𝐚𝐠𝐞: English is a must and Urdu is a plus.
