The United States Educational Foundation in Pakistan (USEFP) has announced that applications are now open for the 2025 Fulbright Scholar Program. This prestigious program will select around 15 scholars for the 2025 academic year. Out of these, 13 spots are for early-career faculty members and researchers with 2-7 years of experience, while the remaining two positions are for senior scholars who have completed their Ph.D. or terminal degree 8-15 years ago.
The Fulbright Scholar Program offers up to 12 months of opportunities for teaching, post-doctoral research, or a mix of both at a U.S. college or university. Selected scholars will participate in academic and cultural exchanges, sharing their knowledge about Pakistan’s society and culture with students, colleagues, and community groups in the United States. After returning to Pakistan, Fulbright scholars are expected to contribute to the country’s development by sharing their U.S. experiences within their academic and professional networks.
